Bimberi Nature Reserve

GROUND/CPE BAITING: 3 September 2024 - 3 March 2025

Bimberi Nature Reserve is a protected area located in the Brindabella Range of New South Wales. It is situated approximately 30 km southwest of Canberra, on the border between New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory. It lies between Kosciuszko National Park in NSW and Namadgi National Park in the ACT. It also adjoins Brindabella National Park in NSW. On 2008, the reserve was added to the Australian National Heritage List as one of eleven areas constituting the Australian Alps National Parks and Reserves. The baiting activities undertaken at Bimberi Nature Reserve are managed by the Queanbeyan office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
