Returns policy

We’re sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase! Please see the conditions and details on making a return.

If you have received a faulty item please email info@ban1080.org.au with clear photos of the faults and we’ll sort this out ASAP.

  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unstained.

    You can post your return back within 14 days of receiving your items.

    Return postage is at your own expense - a trackable method is recommended. We will pay for the shipping of your new item, if exchanged for a new size or if item is faulty.

    2. Await confirmation

    3. Send the parcel to:

  • Regular post can take up to a week to be delivered to us.

    For returns, please allow one week for us to process your reimbursement.

    For exchanges please allow two business days (from when we receive your return) for your new order to be sent out.

    We will send you a confirmation of your reimbursement or new shipment.

    * if after two full business days you have not received notice of return or exchange, please email info@ban1080.org.au.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of the following items:

    • Worn clothing

    • Stickers
