Little Llangothlin Nature Reserve

GROUND BAITING: 19 August - 20 October 2024

Little Llangothlin Nature Reserve is a protected area located a short drive from both Armidale and Glen Innes. It is home to the Ramsar-listed Little Llangothlin Lagoon, which is one of the few remaining high-altitude freshwater lagoons on the New England Tableland. The reserve protects this lagoon and its surrounding wetlands, creating a vital ecosystem for local wildlife.

The baiting activities undertaken at Little Llangothlin Nature Reserve are managed by the Northern Tablelands office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
