Royal National Park

Royal National Park is a protected area located approximately 29 kms south of Sydney's CBD. Established in 1879, it's the world's second-oldest national park after Yellowstone in the United States. It was Australia's first national park and was added to the Australian National Heritage List in December 2006. The park covers an area of approximately 151 square kms, stretching from the Port Hacking River near Cronulla in the north to Otford in the south. It features unique flora and fauna, including various bird species, native plants, and marine life.
The baiting activities undertaken at Royal National Park are managed by the Audley office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
