Scabby Range Nature Reserve

Scabby Range Nature Reserve is a protected area located approximately 25kms northeast of Adaminaby and 60kms southwest of Canberra in the Southern Tablelands region of New South Wales. It lies cradled in the southwest of Namadgi National Park. Established in 1982, the reserve covers an area of approximately 4,982 hectares. It is part of the Australian Alps National Parks and Reserves, listed on the Australian National Heritage List.

The baiting activities undertaken at Scabby Range Nature Reserve are managed by the Tumut office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
