Severn River Nature Reserve

Severn River Nature Reserve is a protected area located near Glen Innes in the Northern Tablelands region. It was created in March 1968 and covers an area of approximately 5,750 hectares. The reserve encompasses part of the Severn River, which is a perennial river that forms part of the Border Rivers group in the Macintyre catchment of the Murray-Darling basin.
The baiting activities undertaken at Severn River Nature Reserve are managed by the Northern Tablelands office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
