Guula Ngurra National Park

AERIAL BAITING: 26 August - 8 September 2024

Guula Ngurra National Park is located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, near Moss Vale, Berrima, and Mittagong. The park spans 3,358 hectares and was officially gazetted to protect koala habitats, as its name translates to "Koala Country" in the language of the Gundungurra People. The park features diverse landscapes, including sandstone ridges, river flats, and caves, which support a wide variety of biodiversity.

The baiting activities undertaken at Guula Ngurra National Park are managed by the Glenbrook Office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
