Turon National Park

AERIAL BAITING: 26 August - 8 September 2024

Turon National Park is located in the Central Tablelands region of NSW, approximately 180kms northwest of Sydney, near the towns of Bathurst and Lithgow. The park is home to diverse wildlife, including kangaroos, wallabies, echidnas, and a variety of bird species. The river and creeks also support fish and aquatic invertebrates.

The baiting activities undertaken at Turon National Park are managed by the Oberon office of the National Parks and Wildlife Service.
