Black Andrew Nature Reserve

Black Andrew Nature Reserve is a protected area located on the southern tablelands of New South Wales, about 40 km southwest of Yass. Established in 2001 as part of the Southern Regional Forest Agreement process, it covers approximately 1,559 hectares and contains high plant and animal diversity. Six threatened animal species have been recorded, including the yellow-bellied glider and the powerful owl.
The baiting activities undertaken at Black Andrew Nature Reserve are managed by the Merimbula office of the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service.
